How quickly will I hear back from my application?
For standard residential moves, 2-3 weeks is usually sufficient. For international relocationsor specialist moves (fine art, pianos), we recommend 4-6 weeks to ensure proper preparation and scheduling.
Can you tell me if you have received my application?
Yes. What we quote after a survey is what you pay. The only exception is if something material changes between survey and move day — for example, significant additional items that weren't accounted for. We'd always discuss this with you in advance, not present it as a bill on the day.
Why do I have to fill in an application form?
Call us and we'll help you work it out. Most people fit clearly into one tier once we understand their situation — we're not trying to upsell, we're trying to match you to the service that's right for your move.
Who should I provide as referees?
Yes. Our tiers are a starting framework, not a rigid menu. If you want professional packing but are happy to unpack yourself, we can structure a quote around that. Tell us what you need and we'll work backwards to a price that fits.
Do you offer competitive salaries?
We assess these at survey and factor them into the quote. We don't arrive and add charges on the day for things we should have seen coming.
How do we protect your information?
All prices quoted include VAT. No surprises at the bottom of the invoice.
