Do you help with loading?

Yes, of course, at Happy2Move loading and unloading comes as standard. However when you book 1 man and a van at our fixed rate and you require the driver to help you carry items up and down stairs, there is a charge of £5 per floor.

Do you only move around London?

No, we do moves all across the UK, but specialise in removal in and around the London area. If you require a quote for a move outside London, please contact us.

How much notice do I have to give you to book your services?

You can book anytime from 2 months in advance to the day of the move (subject to availability). Short notices are welcome.

Will the driver help me load/unload the van?

Yes, the driver will help you load/unload the van, this is all part of the Happy 2 move service we provide.

Yes, you can pay by cash on completion of the move.

Is there going to be space for me to travel in the van?

Yes there is. There are 2 additional seats in the van for you and another passenger to travel in, if required.

Can you move heavy or awkward items?

We have a high level of experience in the removals business, and have moved all sorts of items.

Can we make an additional stop?

Yes, you can make an additional stop, however there may be an extra charge for that. Please see our pricing page for more information.

Can you help me assemble and disassemble furniture?

Yes, we can help with the assembly and disassembly of furniture. For this service we charge an hourly rate. Please contact us for more information.

Can you store my items?

Yes we can, we work very closely with local storage company and can provide you with clean, secure self storage to suit your needs.
