£25 per hour, for collections or deliveries before 8am or after 6pm.
M25 surcharge
£80, for moves with a pickup or drop-off inside the M25, to cover the extra time and fuel getting in and out of London traffic.
Per-porter rate
£45 per hour, for each extra mover added beyond your standard crew.
Man and van hire in London: How much does it cost?
Our man and van rates depend on the size of your move, how many movers you need, and whether your move starts or finishes inside the M25. Every quote includes the van, fuel, and insurance. The only extra charges are the ones listed under Additional Costs below, and we will always confirm these with you before booking, not after.

House removal prices in London
House removal costs depend on the number of rooms, how much needs packing, and access at both ends (stairs, lifts, parking restrictions). On average, a London house removal with Happy2Move costs between £500 and £1,800 or more, depending on the size of your move and the access at both ends.

Office removal prices in London
Office moves are priced on floor area, out-of-hours requirements, and IT/equipment handling, not a flat rate, because no two office relocations look the same. Call us or request a free site visit for a fixed quote.

Out-of-hours rate: £25 per hour, for collections or deliveries before 8am or after 6pm.
M25 surcharge: £80, added when your pickup or drop-off is inside the M25. This covers the extra fuel and time our Slough-based crews spend getting in and out of London traffic, on top of the standard job time. It applies to postcodes including UB, WD, IG, and EN, and to Central and Inner London postcodes more broadly.
