The liability of your items will be covered as per the declaration of the value of your goods provided.
We offer storage for both domestic and commercial customers.
No problem at all – we can store some of your items as part of your move. Just let us know what needs storing and we will send you a supplementary quote.
In line with clause 5 of our terms and conditions, here are the items we are unable to store (unless agreed in writing by our director or other authorised company representative):
- Prohibited or stolen goods, drugs, pornographic material, potentially dangerous, damaging or explosive items ( including gas bottles, aerosols, paints, firearms and ammunition).
- Jewellery, watches, trinkets, precious stones or metals, money, deeds, securities, stamps, coins, or goods or collections of any similar kind.
- Plants or goods likely to encourage vermin or other pests or to cause infestation or contamination.
- Perishable items and/or those requiring a controlled environment.
- Any animals, birds or fish.
- Goods which require a special licence or government permission for export or import.
You can store for as long as you like as there is no end date.
We offer containerised storage. If you do require access to your items, that can be arranged. We will require a minimum of 72 hours notice. There will be small charge for this as we would need to send a member of staff to oversee the access. Please ask your removal coordinator for further information.
