For most small and medium moves within the capital region, we offer a unique pricing structure which sets us apart from our competitors as the most cost-effective man with a van company in London.

Additional costs
Depending on the nature of your move, some of the following additional charges may apply on top of the hourly rate:
Booking made out-of-hours
We have scheduled slots available every day at 9am, 12pm and 3pm. Anything booked for outside these hours will incur an additional charge of £40. The minimum time required to book will also start from a minimum of 4 hours.
Pick up/drop off outside London, but within M25
If the pick up or destination is outside London but within the M25 (e.g. postcodes beginning with UB, WD, IG EN, etc), there will be an additional charge of £40. The minimum time required to book will also start from a minimum of 4 hours.
Congestion/ULEZ charge
To cover the fees incurred by travelling in the Congestion/ULEZ Charge Zone, there will be an additional charge of £15.00 for the Congestion charge and £12.50 for the ULEZ charge where applicable for pick ups or drop offs in these areas.
Our Vans
Medium Wheel Base (MWB) vans
MWB vans make the ideal vehicle for small runs across London. Our most popular van for hire, the MWB van best suits those who have just one or two items of furniture, or perhaps a number of boxes, to transport across boroughs or between student residences.
With MWB man and van hire in London, your fully serviced, fully insured vehicle will be driven by one of our professional and experienced staff, who are always on hand to help you load and unload if required.
To give you the best deal, we don’t charge by the mile – for one man and a MWB van. We charge by the hour, as follows:
1 mover: £55 per hour, 3 hours minimum
2 movers: £65 per hour, 3 hours minimum
3+ movers from: £100 per hour, 4 hours minimum
Long Wheel Base (LWB) vans
For larger jobs, you might prefer to hire our long wheel base van and driver. Accommodating several pieces of furniture, plus an even greater number of boxes, the roomy LWB is often the hire van of choice for small house, office or apartment moves.
As with the MWB, we’ll gladly help you to keep the cost of moving to a minimum, charging only by the hour:
1 mover: £55 per hour, 3 hours minimum
2 movers: £65 per hour, 3 hours minimum
3+ movers from: £100 per hour, 4 hours minimum
3.5 Tonne Luton (LWB) with Tail Lift
This van is Ideal for those larger moves. The LWB Luton van can accommodate the full contents of a typical 1-2 bed house or flat. It’s equipped with a tail lift, which can support up to 400kg.
This van is charged on an hourly basis, with prices for 1 man and a van starting from £65 per hour (3 hours minimum).
