By making a booking with Happy 2 Move you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions:

For our fixed rate removal service you must ensure that there will be someone at pick up and destination to help the driver load and unload the van. Failure to do this may result in the charge for your move being doubled.

For our fixed rate removal service you must have all items securely packed before the driver arrives (For help and advice see our moving hints and tips page) as we have multiple appointments; waiting for one customer to pack, results in us being late for all our other customers. Failure in this may result in a change from fixed rate to an hourly charge.

For all our moves you must have a parking space near the pickup and destination (within 20ft); you may require a parking permit which can be obtained from your local council (contact numbers for your local council can be found here). Any fines incurred at pickup or destination which can not be avoided will be added to the invoice at the end of the job.

We do not carry any illegal or banned goods, or chemicals explosives etc. We reserve the right to refuse to take any load we feel is unsuitable.

Our experienced team of movers are very aware of the value of your personal possessions – both monetarily and sentimentally. Although the utmost care and caution is taken, breakages can happen due to badly packaged items, over-packed boxes and the like. We accept no responsibility for damage or breakage to your or other people’s property that may occur during the move.

You agree to absolve Happy 2 Move of all responsibility for any injury to yourself or others that may occur whilst doing the move. This includes injury arising due to negligence on the part of Happy 2 Move.

If you cancel your booking within the 24 hours before your appointment, you will be liable of paying a cancellation fee of £15.

Payments must be made by cash to the driver after completion of the job unless arranged otherwise prior to the move.
