For safety and insurance reasons, we are not allowed to transport any passengers in our vans. We recommend arranging your own transportation to your destination. Our team will ensure that your belongings are transported safely and efficiently.
Yes, we offer secure storage solutions for items that may not fit into your new property. Our storage facilities are safe, clean, and easily accessible, providing you with peace of mind while you determine what to do with your extra belongings.
We accept cash, most credit cards and bank transfers as payment.
The size of the removals vehicle we use will depend on what the job entails. We are able to send panel vans, transit vans, Luton vans with tail lifts, maxi movers and 7.5 tonne Luton lorries.
You will need to ensure there is parking available outside the property for the removal vehicle. If parking charges are incurred, these will be passed on to you.
Usually, the van is dedicated for your move only. We do not offer a part-load service.
However, we do reserve the right to carry other customers’ items in the vehicle at the same time as yours if it is required.
We can offer an hourly rate service, where the job will be priced at an hourly rate. We can also offer a fixed-price service, where we will take an inventory of the items being moved along with the access at all locations. We will then put together a fixed price quotation based on this information.
The cost to hire a man and a van depends on several factors including the duration of the service, the distance traveled, and the size of the van required. Generally, prices start from £65 per hour for a small van and go up to £95 per hour for a larger van. Additional charges may apply for longer distances, extra manpower, and any special requirements you might have.

Although we try our hardest to prevent delays on moving day, unfortunately in a big city like London it is an occupational hazard for us. In the event of any delays, we will inform you as soon as possible. Other than by reason of our negligence or breach of contract, we will not be liable for delays in transit.
It will be your responsibility to be present or represented during the collection and delivery of the removal. For more information on your responsibilities, please refer to Clause 3 in our terms and conditions.
If your goods have been lost or damaged during the move, please contact us within seven days of us delivering the goods. Please refer to Clause 12 of our terms and conditions for more information.
Yes, you can request stops between your pickup and drop-off destinations. We understand that moves can be complex and sometimes require multiple stops. Please inform us in advance so we can plan the most efficient route and provide you with an accurate quote.
