We usually arrange a home removals survey when you first contact us. We will arrange it at the earliest convenience for both you and ourselves.
Payment for our removal services is made in advance. Our usual terms of payment are a 20% deposit to secure booking, with the balance cleared in our accounts 48 hours prior to your moving date.
Yes, we charge for waiting time if necessary. Our waiting time starts from £65 p/h and is dependent on the service you have requested.
We are able to offer basic dismantling/reassembly of your furniture. We would need you to let us know in advance if this is required so that we can ensure it is included in the quote provided.
If you have a specific date you need to move, we would recommend that you book your moving date at least two weeks in advance. However, if you are flexible with dates and times, we can be flexible and book you in on short notice if capacity allows.
The length of the removals process will depend on your specific move. Each move is different and is treated individually. You are able to discuss your move with one of our removal coordinators who will be happy to provide you with an approximate time frame.
All our vehicles are fully insured to carry out removals both domestically and commercially. We have public liability insurance and goods in transit (GIT) insurance.
Regarding our liability, please refer to Clauses 4, 9, 10, 11 and 12 on our terms and conditions policy, which covers our liability to you for loss of or damage to goods and property.
How much your house removal will cost will depend on your specific move. Each move is different and requires a different approach. You are welcome to discuss your move with one of our removal coordinators who will be happy to give you an approximate cost for your move.
Unless agreed by us in writing, we will not move items from a loft, unless it is properly lit and floored, with safe access provided. A survey may need to be conducted prior to your move if you’re looking to move items from your loft If you have any further questions, please do get in touch.
Currently, we don’t offer shipping services. But we can happily recommend one of our shipping partners who would be able to assist.

The access required for our removal lorry will depend on the vehicle we have assigned for your move. Please ask your removal coordinator to assist you with this.
Generally speaking, we will not plug in any appliances. If this is required, please ask your removal coordinator and they will assist you where possible.
Depending on what your move involves, we may be able to offer same-day moving services. Please provide more information to your removals coordinator and they will be able to assist.
As we are a London-based company, any moves outside London will be considered a long-distance move.
