In most cases you should be able to travel with the driver if you’d prefer, but there are some times when this is not possible. Let us know in advance if this is a requirement
We can provide storage for some of your items if you don’t have the space for them in your new home. Let us know prior to the move if this may be required.
We accept cash, most credit cards and bank transfers as payment.
The size of the removals vehicle we use will depend on what the job entails. We are able to send panel vans, transit vans, Luton vans with tail lifts, maxi movers and 7.5 tonne Luton lorries.
You will need to ensure there is parking available outside the property for the removal vehicle. If parking charges are incurred, these will be passed on to you.
Unfortunately, we are unable to take any passengers in our vehicles.
Usually, the van is dedicated for your move only. We do not offer a part-load service.
However, we do reserve the right to carry other customers’ items in the vehicle at the same time as yours if it is required.
We can offer an hourly rate service, where the job will be priced at an hourly rate. We can also offer a fixed-price service, where we will take an inventory of the items being moved along with the access at all locations. We will then put together a fixed price quotation based on this information.
Although we try our hardest to prevent delays on moving day, unfortunately in a big city like London it is an occupational hazard for us. In the event of any delays, we will inform you as soon as possible. Other than by reason of our negligence or breach of contract, we will not be liable for delays in transit.
It will be your responsibility to be present or represented during the collection and delivery of the removal. For more information on your responsibilities, please refer to Clause 3 in our terms and conditions.
If your goods have been lost or damaged during the move, please contact us within seven days of us delivering the goods. Please refer to Clause 12 of our terms and conditions for more information.
Yes, stops in between your pickup and drop-off destination are certainly possible but may incur an additional cost. Please ask your removal coordinator for further information.
